Dutch-Speaking Ads Account Manager

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €30,000 gross/year + up to €3,500 gross/year bonus

About the Role

As an Ads Account Manager, you’ll work closely with Dutch-speaking businesses and agency partners to create and optimize digital advertising strategies. In a target-driven environment, you’ll help grow the client base across EMEA while delivering strong results and a high-quality customer experience. This role combines sales, consulting, and digital marketing expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Build and strengthen relationships with clients and agency partners
• Develop tailored advertising strategies that improve performance and ROI
• Identify opportunities to promote and upsell digital marketing products
• Act as a trusted consultant, offering data-driven recommendations
• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
• Engage proactively with clients via phone, video calls, and email

What We’re Looking For

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• C2 level of Dutch and a high level of English
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or online advertising
• Familiarity with products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube
• Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong interest in marketing and technology
