  • Making outbound calls from a Luminus database, targeting both cold and warm leads
  • Striving to conclude Luminus contracts and assisting with the digital conclusion of contracts
  • Comparing rates between Luminus and other suppliers
  • Convincing prospects to become Luminus customers
  • Making a Happy Call within 48 hours of signing the contract to verify the details
  • Proposing and selling additional Luminus products and services
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and providing excellent customer service
REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Secondary Education
  • Languages: Dutch (preferably Flemish), English communication level
  • Skills: Basic MS Office, SalesForce experience is a plus

OFFER
  • Type of contract: Employment contract
  • Salary: €1,653 gross per month + up to €135 bonus
  • Temporary accommodation provided.
  • Performance bonus: Included (details during HR interview)

Terms of employment:
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday with varying shifts, no weekend work
  • Full-time (40 hours) or part-time (minimum 30 hours)
  • Workplace: remotely from Bulgaria or at the office in Sofia
Training:
  • 2 days of theoretical training
  • Knowledge test after training
  • Continuous learning in the workplace
