For one of our clients – а company specializing in customer experience technology that delivers outsourced sales, support, and business process services to large businesses, we are looking for – Support Services Advisor with Dutch and English.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional support via calls, emails, and chats;
• Diagnose and resolve issues with audio products quickly and effectively;
• Guide users through setup and troubleshooting with clarity and patience;
• Collaborate with internal teams on advanced technical cases;
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written);
• Experience in customer service or tech support is a plus;
• Excellent communication and active listening skills;
• Passion for technology, especially audio equipment;
• Proficiency in using MS Office, ticketing systems.
