Danish Speaker – Front Office Agent

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Front Office Agent to manage outbound calls and assist customers with data consent procedures. If you’re organized, friendly, and solution-oriented, this is your chance to grow in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Your Role:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding data consent
• Document interactions and ensure accurate follow-up
• Provide clear, professional communication to support customer understanding
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes

What You Bring:

• Fluency in Danish (C1) and solid English (B2+)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Organized, proactive, and team-oriented personality
• Previous experience in customer service or call handling is a plus
