Location: Athens Greece (HYBRID)
Role: German speaking B2B Sales Advisor - hybrid working model
Salary package: 1,200€ gross per month (paid 14x a year)
Working Hrs: 40 hrs per week Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (Local Country Time)
Relocation package: flight to Athens and 4 weeks accomodation on arrival, plus support finding a place to live

Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and their vibrant Athens office is one of their European multilingual hubs where they support multiple well-known brands in a variety of languages. They are currently recruiting German speaking B2B Sales Advisor for their office in Athens - this will be a hybrid working model.
The role
As a B2B Sales Advisor you will represent a multinational information technology company, where you will take full ownership of driving sales of computing hardware within your designated territory and/or accounts - both directly and through channel partners.
Main Responsibilities:
- Actively manage assigned accounts by prioritizing actions based on their nature (new business acquisition or existing account development).
- Support the Global Account Manager with project coordination, pricing strategies, and follow-ups by leveraging your understanding of the client’s business needs and technical context.
- Consistently hit or exceed sales goals, expand sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling, ensure full coverage of your territory, and meet all performance metrics.
- Build and execute strategic account plans aimed at achieving targets in revenue growth, market share expansion, and product portfolio adoption.
- Increase client investment across the full range of the company's solutions within each customer account.
- Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, providing timely and accurate sales forecasts, and tracking changes in customer purchasing behavior.
- Gain deep insight into the customer’s key business and IT drivers, and tailor solutions that align with their objectives.
- Establish and nurture strong, professional relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Follow internal CRM protocols to ensure precise data entry, reporting, and customer information management.
