International Sales Operations Associate – Export (English + Spanish)

We’re looking for an International Sales Operations Associate fluent in English and Spanish to support export order management and logistics operations. Your Role

• Respond to order-related inquiries from customers and sales teams
• Coordinate shipments with distribution centers and freight forwarders
• Resolve complex delivery issues and monitor shipment status
• Support inventory allocation and backorder prioritization
• Generate reports on open orders and revenue
• Process custom, warranty, return, and correction orders
• Maintain shipment logs and escalate carrier issues when needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and represent the team professionally

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or sales operations
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C2/native level)
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Salesforce, Agile) is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
• Legal eligibility to work in the EU and willingness to travel if needed
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
