Account Executive – SaaS (US Market Experience)

DESCRIPTION
  • Manage the full customer acquisition cycle for the US market
  • Identify and engage potential clients in the e-commerce space
  • Understand client needs and present tailored product solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and commercial discussions
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms
  • Build and maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
REQUIREMENTS
  • 1+ year experience in B2B SaaS or similar commercial roles
  • Experience working with or targeting the US market
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-activity, target-driven environment
  • Fluent English (native or near-native level)
  • Proactive, structured, and eager to develop in a tech environment
  • Willing to work US-aligned working hours (late shifts)
  • Based in Madrid or willing to relocate independently (no relocation support)
  • EU passport or valid Spanish work authorization required
Work setup
Full-time role based in Madrid (on-site initially)
Hybrid possible after ~3–4 months depending on performance
Focus on US market accounts and working hours aligned accordingly
Structured onboarding period with standard daytime training schedule
