For one of our clients – a top provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, helping global brands improve digital engagement in fintech, high-tech, travel, and gaming, we are looking for – Devices Support Consultant with Polish (Relocation to Bulgaria).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone and email with inquiries about modern smart devices;
- Support clients with orders, deliveries, and product details;
- Guide users through the main functions and features of wearable technology;
- Identify and resolve technical issues with clear, step-by-step solutions;
- Keep accurate records of customer requests and interactions;
- Provide an excellent customer experience while representing the brand in a professional and friendly way.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish and good working knowledge of English (B2);
- Previous experience in customer support is helpful, but not required;
- Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems effectively;
- Interest in technology, gadgets, or modern lifestyle products is a plus;
- Comfortable exploring and using new tools and devices;
- Reliable, cooperative, and eager to learn and develop.
