DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative, fluent in French and English, to join our dynamic and international team in Lisbon.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication between clients and employees, guaranteeing high-quality and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Coordinate with employees to ensure timely execution of services
✅ Support clients during the onboarding process, ensuring accurate data collection
✅ Troubleshoot service execution issues (e.g., access difficulties)
✅ Manage client feedback, including complaints, damages, or quality concerns
✅ Handle employee absences according to internal procedures
✅ Ensure clients' payment information is accurate and up to date
✅ Respond to employee inquiries about contracts and payroll
✅ Provide performance feedback to employees and escalate issues when necessary
✅ Process contract changes as needed
✅ Assist in planning and organizing events for employees and clients
✅ Make regular contact with employees and clients to ensure service quality and gather feedback
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in French and English (C1)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused with great phone etiquette and relationship-building skills
