DESCRIPTION

What you'll be doing:
  •  Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing business customers
  • Prospecting and contacting potential clients via phone and email

  • Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team success
  • Working closely with international teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, lead generation or inside sales
  • Fluent in German and a good command of English
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system is considered an advantage
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  •  Ability to work independently as well as part of an international team
