DESCRIPTION
Are you a native or near-native German speaker with a passion for sales and building strong customer relationships? If you're looking to grow your career in an international environment, we have several exciting B2B sales opportunities waiting for you in Athens, Greece!
What you'll be doing:
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing business customers
- Prospecting and contacting potential clients via phone and email
- Managing your own sales pipeline and updating CRM systems
- Identifying customer needs and recommending tailored business solutions
- Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team success
- Working closely with international teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, lead generation or inside sales
- Fluent in German and a good command of English
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system is considered an advantage
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of an international team
