Norwegian-Speaking Ads Sales Executive

Salary: €23,876 gross/year + up to €3,408 bonus

About the Role

As a Norwegian-speaking Ads Sales Executive, you will partner with Norwegian companies and agency partners to deliver tailored digital advertising strategies. You’ll work in a target-driven environment, helping grow the client base across EMEA while delivering strong results and a high-quality customer experience.

This role combines consultative sales, relationship management, and digital marketing in a fast-paced international setting.

What You’ll Do

Build and strengthen relationships with clients and agency partners

Develop customized, performance-driven digital advertising strategies

Identify opportunities to promote and upsell additional digital marketing products

Act as a strategic consultant to help clients maximize ROI on their advertising investments

Achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction

Proactively engage with customers via phone, video calls, and email

Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills
