We’re looking for motivated IT Service Desk Analysts to join our international team in Budapest. In this role, you’ll provide first-line technical support to users across Europe — resolving issues, troubleshooting applications, and ensuring a great customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Language skills: Native/C1/B2 level in one of the following — Polish, Czech or Swedish — and excellent English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • IT awareness (understanding of OS components, databases, applications)
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, CA Service Desk, or HPSM is a plus
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes is an advantage
  • A motivated, customer-focused mindset and a proactive attitude
  • EU PASSPORT
