Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and business solutions to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Agents for a financial services project in Malaga, Spain. Your Role:
- Handle incoming calls and emails in German (80%) and English (20%), assisting clients with credit card issues or transaction-related queries.
- Provide accurate, timely support to resolve customer incidents and ensure a positive client experience.
- Process and monitor customer cases, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and efficiency in every customer interaction.
