As a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you’ll play an important role in creating a safe and engaging online community by reviewing and moderating digital content across social media and other platforms. You’ll help apply content policies to ensure safety, appropriateness, and transparency for users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email in both Portuguese and English.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain clear, empathetic, and consistent communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions accurately to support reporting and follow-up.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Portuguese and English(B2+)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow policies consistently.
- Willingness to relocate to Thessaloniki and work on-site.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
