Dutch-Speaking Sales Agent – Hotel Reservations (Málaga)

Join Foundever™ in Málaga and represent a leading international hotel chain in their reservations & customer support department!

We’re looking for enthusiastic professionals ready to deliver top-tier guest experiences while working in a dynamic, international environment.

 Your Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls in Dutch to close reservations – focus on sales + service.

• Assist customers with inquiries and booking-related needs.

• Always maintain a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset.

 

Benefits:

• Permanent contract (2-month probation).

• Salary: €1,791.66 gross/month (€21,500 gross/year).

• €1,500 sign-on bonus.

• Full-time: 39 hours/week.

• Paid training from day one (on-site).

Requirements:

• Native or near-native Dutch.

• Sales experience (essential).

• Strong commercial mindset and results focus.

• Advanced English.

• Based in Málaga or willing to relocate.

 

Location

Centro District – Málaga

Schedule

• Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 22:00.

• Monday to Sunday, with alternating weekends.
