🎧 Your role:
As a Customer or Technical Support Agent, you will:
• Support customers with inquiries such as password issues, personal data updates, missing orders, and tax certificate requests
• Listen carefully and identify the best solution for each customer
• Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient support
• Ensure every interaction ends with a satisfied customer
REQUIREMENTS

✔️ Eager to learn and work independently
✔️ Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
