- Answer incomming customer's questions via phone, e-mail or chat;
- Guests and Hosts will be in contact with you;
- Documenting each action you take; and categorizing cases and possible bugs
REQUIREMENTS
German skills: Native or C1–C2 level
English skills: At least B2
Basic IT skills are beneficial if you would like to work from home.
